Set within a historic block in the near south loop area of Chicago, this project entailed the historic rehabilitation of a 13-story high-rise total rehabilitation that included new architectural, mechanical, plumbing &electrical for new use. This existing office building was converted into graduate dormitories.As part of the program, this building would be taken to Chicago’s landmarks division and classified as a City of Chicago landmark due to its location and exterior detailing that was part of the scope of work, as well as having the project as LEED Silver accredited.

This existing building(Paint store &bank branch)was rehabbed both outside and inside.This facility would provide separate off-site medical capabilities for Advocate Christ hospital. This facility rohysical and occupational therapy spaces, new nurses stations, a children’s physical therapy space, audiology department, lymph evaluation rooms and a comprehensive sleep study center. As a facility encompassing various departments, the architects strategy was to implement a cohesive design that would yield the maximum amount of usability for the space and maintain user friendly environment for all who worked there
